For “The City” fans out there…I have an exclusive bit of news for you! Whitney Port’s first ever collection for Spring/Summer 2010 has just landed on Irish soil and is available exclusively to purchase from top Dublin boutique Alila, on Drury Street.

Whitney’s collection is aptly named ‘Whitney Eve’ and she is clearly using herself as the muse in name and design. We see an extremely eclectic, fun and sweet style, combining Whitney’s laid back LA chic dressing with a downtown New York trendy edge. Whitney Eve mixes metallic and pastel colours with airy fabrics and draping. The collection catch-line is “made with love” and you can see this through the smaller intricate details like slits, zips, ruffles and cutouts, creating a high-end appeal and putting her unique stamp on it.

The Whitney Eve collection was previewed at New York fashion week in September and received rave reviews from her critics. There were even some “The City” and “The Hills” co-stars rumoured to be at her debut event! No doubt Whitney’s first collection will sell out a storm…so get yourselves down to Alila on Drury Street before anyone else and you too can create a little drama just by wearing her clothes!
